In New OT request page:

1. Need to add Quantity for OT equipment list in OT management.
2. Blood required tick box is marked. It should be unmarked by default, If required user can mark it.

In new service or LAB test setup:
1. need to ad doctors fee

* drop down to mark whether the discount will impact on doctors fee or not.

Medicine sale:
* In medicine section discount for individual section is needed. This discount may impact on some individual items.
* In medicine sales form, quantity shows 1 by default, when the cursor in there the quantity should be marked, so that the user can replace the number only by overwriting a new one. at present user have to use backspace before writing a new quantity.

* If we ad outlets: all outlets report is required, at present we can take the individual outlets report only.

1. Need to set the customer address in money receipt.
2. Token no, for individual consultant's patient serial. at present all the entry patient are assorted in a serial so it brings some problem to identify the next serial patient for consultant.
